Topics of discussion can include your strengths, patterns, relationships, and hobbies and interests. These and your experiences make you, you. Learning about these will help me better personalize your care.

Targeted Care
We will work closely to help identify your desired outcomes for therapy. I believe setting goals, which need to be addressed helps to keep sessions more productive and beneficial.
The outcomes can change at any time because each week brings new life experiences which may need to be addressed. Flexibility is important in the therapeutic process.

Integrative Care

I use an eclectic therapy approach consisting of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
