My services are telehealth only. I provide a free 30- minute consultation via phone or video.

I accept debit and credit cards. Full payment for services is due at the beginning of each session. If your insurance covers out-of -network mental health benefits, I can provide you a bill for reimbursement if I don’t accept your insurance.
